He diagnosed the problem and didn’t try to sell me a ton of things I didn’t need. We scheduled the work and his communication was great. Sent over invoice for the work and everything was outlined and explained upfront, no surprises. He arrived on time and performed the work quickly and without too much disruption to our day.
